We had a non-stop weekend. It began with Matt going to Gator Growl on Friday night with his friend, Enrique Vargas. Evan and I stayed home. Matt got to hear the legendary "Steve Miller Band", you know..."Some people call me a space cowboy...". He said they sounded really good, and I said, "Of course they did!".
The next morning my parents were able to come and watch Evan for the day so that I could go to my one and only game of the 2008 season. Even though it was overcast the weather was perfect for someone of my condition :))), not hot! Matt's brothers, and his sister were also in attendance. Luckily, we ran into Matt's dental school classmate, Ray Kwong. It was so good to see him.
The next day (Sunday) we had an open house, but unfortunantly no one showed! Oh well, at least we were able to get a lot done to make the house look more appealing. We also met with our photographer at Starbucks to pick the photos that we wanted to order from the Swamp photo shoot. Evan walked some more while we were there. It was too cute!
We've got a big week coming up...ELMO LIVE!, Pipo's knee surgery, Mima's birthday, and Halloween.
