We just got back from a weekend of fun with family in Atlanta. Matthew and I were overwhelmed with joy from the love and attention that everyone put into the weekend. The weekend began with a bbq at our Aunt Elina & Uncle Noel's home on Friday night. All the kids were there, and they were most excited to feel Evan in my belly. It was so touching (literally)! It was also a fun time to sit back and enjoy the yummy food prepared with love.
The next morning was the baby shower at Tea & Time Tea House in Woodstock, GA. It was a beautiful location, and the food was to die for. We received so many generous gifts from everyone. All we need now is some little things, and the stroller.
That evening we all (even the kids) went to dinner at Palomilla's a Cuban restaurant. Matt and I got an education in what it means to dine with children! Whew...the weekend was such a special treat. Everyone is looking forward to meeting Evan during Thanksgiving in Ellijay, GA. We can't wait to share him with everyone. Thank you to all of our family who attended (even Aunt Wendy & Uncle Mark) the festivities this past weekend. We love you!
